Reflections
Today at work out of the blue both my boss and the head of Engineering at the plant came up to me and told me to get them a copy of my resume. I am hopeful and a little nervous at the same time.
Yesterday, I went out with some guys from work to play nine holes of golf. I have learned two things from this. One is it takes more time than what you think it will to get through nine holes and two that some people are impatient with new golfers trying to figure out the game. But over all it was fun if not tiring.

Random Question
Yesterday, on the way to Mike's place a random question came to me. While thanks to several friends I think we found an answer that makes sense to me I figured I would share this to see if anyone else has some insights.
Why are pipes round? Have they always been round? Wouldn't it have been easier to make them square?

An actual post
This weekend was a lot of fun. I enjoyed seeing winterfeast from a different point of view. Everyone who was involved did a really nice job. It was also fun hanging out with everyone. Although, I think I have found my limit on how many people I can fit into one game. Nine mages and two avatars are just to many people for one game. I think everyone still had a good time though.
Work has been interesting. I have recently received word about a new position that sounds like it could be more interesting. I am trying to decide on where God is calling me to though. This new position would involve moving to New York and training as a Nuclear Power Operator and shift work. Has anyone had any experience with shift work or thoughts? I just wish that I had more time to think about it. They want me to send in a resume some time this week if I think I am interested. If you wouldn't mind keeping me in your prayers I would appreciate it.

Stupid Laws
I keep hearing about these stupid laws and felt that I needed to rant about them. It appears that as Americans we can no longer decide how to run our own businesses. In both New York and Ohio they have band smoking in establishments. When did the government decide that they can start running our lives. You would think we were in Communist Russia. It should be the owner of the establishment to decide if they wish to allow smoking there. Just as it is the consumer's choice on where to there want to go. What has the land of the free come? Why should the public be allowed to decide on what goes on in private business. If you don't like how the business is run no one is forcing you to go there. You can go somewhere else or start your own business.
The other law that doesn't make sense to me takes place in New York City. They have now decided that restaurants can not use trans fats in their cooking. So instead of making people take responsible for what they do, they are saying don't worry we will take care of it. You will just end up standing in bread lines like they did in our mother country. That may be a bit excessive, but that seems to be the way that we are heading.

Night Before X-Mas
Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house all the people were plotting even the mouse. The plans were spread by the fire with care with hopes that Saint Nicholas they soon would ensnare. With the elves blind folded and tied back to back. They waited and waited for Saint Nicholas to come for his snack. When out on the roof there arose such a clatter, the elves struggled to let Santa know what was a matter. Quick as a flash the plotters dashed to the window and through open the sash. When what to the wondering eyes should appear but a high tech sleigh and eight weredeer....
I have two Christmas one shots, planned for two groups of five people. The players will be playing Santa Clause, and four elves. They are mages under the old world of darkness. The characters are all premade and each have secret plots and agendas, as well as special rules to try and moderate the states. If you are interested please let me know by posting or sending an email. My email address is in with the Orders Meeting Minutes, it is the one with ducttape in it. I think one of the games will be on Dec. 9 to try and avoid exams. One group will be running with Morgan in it and will depend on when she is able to make it.

Update
Hey, life has been very crazy for me these last two weeks. I enjoyed seeing everyone at homecoming. I am now in White Township just out side of Chippawa Township. I think that is how you spell it. The apartment is starting to feel like home finally. I just got internet. I am working with a consulting company called PKMJ. I am stationed at Beaver Valley Power Plant. It is okay. Right now it is a lot of records updating right. The downside is I am getting up at 5:30 to head in but I am done by 3:30. That is about it right now.
Random Question: What shape and design would your light saber be if you had one? This is what happens when I get free time.

It's Over
Thank you everyone who came to the presentation. It was nice seeing everyone there for support. I am sorry I didn't get to talk too much there but we were running around like mad. If you weren't able to make it I have some video's of it running that I can send to you. It is from the underwater camera we are still working of getting that off the tape but it will let you see what I helped to make.
